3D Scan-to-Print Pipeline
From physical object to digital model to reprinted part — high-resolution scanning, a mobile field-scanning rig, and in-house additive manufacturing in one workflow.
Point the scanner at a part, and hold a printable model minutes later.
We operate a complete digitization pipeline: a high-resolution 3D scanner in the shop, a portable GPU workstation that takes scanning into the field, and an in-house 3D printer to close the loop from capture to physical part.
Why it matters
Reverse engineering, spares for obsolete hardware, and as-built documentation all start with the same problem: getting an accurate digital model of a real object. Owning the pipeline end to end — capture, cleanup, and print — is also the working foundation for our exotic-alloy manufacturing roadmap, where the same discipline meets metal.
Status
Operational. Current work: AI-assisted mesh cleanup and tighter field-scanning workflows.
